What do you need to know

Please make sure all references and your data are clear before ordering• Rough Concept, with stickman is okay
• Detailed Character's cloth and accessories references
• HD room background ( i need to know all the details if you order a commission with room BG)
• Short story of your concept and character
• Notes about expression and other extra info

1. Disscussing the concept

• Not sure about the concept you made? my DM is always open for all clients :D
If you need help with the concept feel free to contact me~• Client need to draw a rough concept with stickman and small notes, like this : (translate: flowers background, thumbelina ref)

3. Sketch / with base color

• I'll send the sketch with no base color to you, for YCH i'll send it with base color
• If you have no revision with the sketch, i'll send the base color version to you
• Major revision will be charged (changing pose,custome,accessories,concept)

4. Lineart

• cleaned sketch~
• you can give anatomy revision here
• not accepting major revision

5. Coloring

• only color and minor revision is accepted here

6. Final Touch

• cleaning the illustration
• adding color effect and filter with CSP / Photosop

7. Finish!

• i'll contact you after finishing your commission
• sometimes i send various options for you (mostly minor options), please react and reply the version you liked :D
• send the HD commission and watermarked version to your email or vgen.co

What do you need to know

• Commercial use have different price, before ordering please contact me first to discuss~• If you order a personal commission please use it for personal only• Client must using their real Twitter/ instagram account to order (vtuber account is okay), anonymous account is prohibited!!• Start working on client's commission based on waiting list, please kindly wait for your turn• Client can't request for a custom canvas size• Detailed custome will be simplified (for Chibi and Pixel)• Please be really careful in giving color reference and revision• Client will get free 3 minor revisions, more than that will be charge 10USD/ item revision (or more, depends on the complexity)• Not accepting major revisions, for examples : changing pose / concept / costume / hair or lots of ornaments / accessories. only minor revisions are accepted• Not accepting major revision on the final art

Client need to give all and detailed references

• Rough sketch of your concept ,stick man with notes are okay (custom commission only)• An original character need to give a "FULL CHARACTER SHEETS" with the clothes + accessories details + ornaments + patterns.• Fanart from a series need to give an "OFFICIAL" arts reference.• Put a character sheets with color pallet if available (Original or Fanart). optional• Any ornaments, pattern must be included as well even if it's small• Put some description in the image, pose, scene, expression,etc• finished Illustration references (commissioned or not, -optional)

Payments

•All the price that listed here are base price, any addition will be charge 10 USD /item or more (depends on the complexity except YCH)• Payment must be paid at least 70% upfront and fully paid after final sketch• Not accepting Refund or cancellation, unless : client has not gotten their turn or dokiokio offers for a refund📌 Payment is done by Wise, Indonesia local bank transfer (BCA) and Vgen.co💸Wise payment : International, cheaper tax (cheaper than PP), less problem than PP too
💸Vgen.co : International, super easy to use, detailed comms process, slightly higher tax than wise
💸 BCA : for local indo only•Payment through Vgen Stripe will get extra charge for platform tax (4.5usd-7usd or more)•Tips are optional and gladly accepted ❤

Personal use terms and condition

• Dokiokio may upload the artwork, with commission watermark for promotion and portofolio purposes• Client must acknowledge and credits DOKIOKIO as the original artwork creator / artist• Client can't sell or taking profit from the commission• Client can print the commission for personal use• If dokiokio found out the art sold or printed illegally, Client will be blocked and blacklisted from dokiokio's commission / international commission community

Commercial use terms and condition
